It was a bit of an experiment to see what I can do with vanilla meshes and textures, and I think it turned out pretty well, even though some of the meshes are handmade.

The skirt is basically a Bibo+ upscale of the YorHa Type-53 Bottoms of Healing, with thigh squish, and pants fitted under the skirt.

Top is fitted to Lithe Medium, and bottoms Lithe Large. Any bottoms larger than this will clip with the skirt.

Options:

• Multiple model options (including no skirt)
• Optional bottoms install - the skirt is tied to the top, so that you can mix and match out bottoms.
• Multiple colorset options - bases are white and black versions of the jacket.
• You can dye either the jacket or the stripes - the glow versions can dye as well.

Disclaimers:

• More butt allowance models should be used if you use large size bottoms, including the ones that come with this mod.
• Requires Bibo+ textures.
• Weights are not perfect, especially the jacket because it is bulky - you can report issuess with weights, but I can't promise I can fix them.
• Not tested with C+ scaling.
